We are in need of a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Lahore. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. Your primary duties will include designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database solutions based on business requirements
- Monitor database performance and optimize for maximum efficiency
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with development teams to ensure compatibility with applications
- Create documentation for database processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience with database management tools such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
