Junior Web Designer

We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Junior Web Designer to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop website layouts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design ideas
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve website usability
- Stay up-to-date with latest web design trends and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in web design or a related role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other web design software
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lahore (accommodation can be provided if needed)
