Job Title: Online Consultant (Contract) in Lahore



We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and personalized online support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable solutions and recommendations.
- Utilize effective communication skills to establish trust with clients and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality of service and timely follow-up on client requests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on clients' needs.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online consulting or customer service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proactive attitude towards learning new products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract period.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have the necessary work permits/visas for Pakistan.
