Online Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels to provide guidance and support
- Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
- Handle complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards clients at all times
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and retention
- Utilize online tools and platforms to efficiently manage client interactions

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Proficient in using various online communication tools (e.g. email, chat, social media)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of our products or services is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
