As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to our clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and video calls. Your main goal will be to understand our clients' needs and provide them with solutions and recommendations that meet their specific requirements. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and video calls
- Listen attentively to clients' needs and concerns
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Offer product or service demonstrations to potential clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with provided solutions
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using online communication tools (email, chat, video calls)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
