Moderator (Lahore, Pakistan)



We are in need of a dedicated and efficient Moderator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality and integrity of our online community forums and discussions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. While prior experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates without experience who have a passion for moderating online communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online community forums and discussions
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users
- Moderate discussions and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the quality of our online community
- Create engaging content to encourage user participation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Experience with customer service or community management (preferred)
- Must be willing to work full-time with accommodation provided (if needed)
