Facade Engineer

We are hiring a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team in Lahore. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the exterior of buildings, ensuring they are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop facade designs that meet the project requirements
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and cost estimates for facade construction projects
- Review material samples and make recommendations for the best materials to use for a specific project
- Manage and oversee the installation of facade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and other elements
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction or installation process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade engineering or building construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
