A reputable construction company in Lahore is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering and be able to work independently or as part of a team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster, and ensuring a smooth and even finish. You will also be required to repair any damaged surfaces and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling cracks and holes, and sanding down rough areas.
- Mix and apply plaster using trowels, floats, or spray equipment.
- Ensure a smooth and even finish by using hand tools or mechanical tools.
- Repair any damaged areas by patching up holes or cracks with appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by covering floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and cleaning up after each job.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering.
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques.
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift heavy objects, and work at heights if necessary.
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu would be an advantage).
- Ability to read blueprints or understand construction drawings.
