Junior Solar Installer


As a Junior Solar Installer, you will work closely with our experienced team to install, maintain, and repair solar panels and related equipment in the city of Lahore. You will be responsible for assisting in the installation process, ensuring all safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels and related equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panels or equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience installing solar panels or working in the renewable energy industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is desirable.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, but occasional travel within the country may be required depending on project locations. We are open to candidates of any nationality who are legally authorized to work in Pakistan.
