Preservation Architect - Contract Position


A renowned architecture firm based in Lahore is seeking a Preservation Architect for an urgent contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and skilled architect to gain experience in the field of preservation and conservation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for historical buildings and structures, as well as a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation measures
- Develop detailed preservation plans, including budget estimates, timelines, and materials required
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation plans are executed effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to preservation standards
- Prepare reports and presentations on preservation projects for clients and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in preservation techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture and preservation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software

This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Candidates must have their own visa arrangements. Fresh graduates or those without previous experience are welcome to apply.
