Architectural Designer

We are in search of a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Lahore. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create detailed plans and drawings that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make necessary revisions to plans based on client feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs within tight deadlines
