Job Title: Architectural Designer

A reputable architecture firm in Lahore is seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting building plans, creating 3D models, and preparing construction documents. You will work closely with our clients and collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that our designs meet their needs and specifications.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings for projects
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs
- Work with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Prepare construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Attend site visits during construction phase to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with accommodation for all nationalities. This is a full-time position that requires dedication, creativity, and a passion for architecture.
