Urgent Architectural Designer (Contract) - Lahore, Pakistan

We are in need of an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Lahore on an urgent contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating architectural projects from conception to completion. Your duties will include creating detailed drawings, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Lahore or Pakistan
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Urdu or Punjabi

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
