Part-Time Commercial Architect
As a part-time commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for commercial buildings in Lahore. Your primary focus will be on developing functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for commercial buildings in Lahore
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and desires for their project
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to complete projects on time and within budget
- Make necessary revisions to plans based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a commercial architect or similar role preferred but not required
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position based in Lahore. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week. There is no accommodation provided for this role.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
