Commercial Architect


A reputable architecture firm in Lahore is seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design abilities and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop commercial building projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with plans and specifications
- Provide cost estimations for projects and monitor budget throughout the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably in a reputable firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience working on large-scale commercial projects
- Hold a biometric passport for international travel
- Are recent graduates looking for an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals

Salary: $1400 per month
