Industrial Architect

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and other related structures. Your main goal will be to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial building projects
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications for industrial buildings based on client input
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of industrial structures
- Work closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure that designs are feasible and practical for implementation
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is being built according to the approved plans
- Conduct site visits to assess potential sites for industrial building projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position will be 1000$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Lahore, Pakistan. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Visa:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Pakistan.
