Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their requirements
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility, scope, and budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the design or construction phase of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes and deliver high-quality designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, contractors, etc.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month without accommodation. We also require our employees to have a biometric passport for international travel.
