Job Title: Senior Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes creating designs, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, including creating initial concepts, conducting site surveys, and producing detailed drawings
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of projects
- Review construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the preparation of contract documents and negotiate terms with clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
