Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a senior member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion
- Develop detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee the work of junior architects and drafters
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and other professionals involved in the projects
