Senior Architect

We are in need of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures, from residential homes to commercial buildings. Your main goal will be to ensure that each project meets the client's needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design plans and blueprints for construction projects
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals (engineers, contractors, etc.) to determine project requirements and budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess feasibility of designs and monitor progress
- Prepare documents for building permits and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
