Senior Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements, budgetary constraints, and deadlines. You will work closely with clients and project managers to develop project plans, create architectural designs, and supervise construction teams.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine project requirements and develop project plans
- Create architectural designs for various projects using advanced software programs
- Manage all phases of the design process from concept development to final construction drawings
- Supervise construction teams to ensure that projects are built according to design specifications and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise
- Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proficient in using advanced software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients, team members, and contractors
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
