Accountant (Lahore)


We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Lahore. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. You will also be in charge of preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Conduct month-end and year-end close process
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Accountant or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
