Elementary School Teacher
Location: Lahore, Pakistan


As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 1-5. Your main duties will include developing lesson plans, teaching various subjects such as math, science, social studies, and language arts, grading assignments and tests, communicating with parents about student progress, and maintaining a safe and orderly classroom. You should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience and possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Teach various subjects to students in grades 1-5, including math, science, social studies, and language arts
- Utilize different teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning
- Monitor student progress through assignments and tests and provide feedback to students on their performance
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan school-wide events or projects
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom by enforcing rules and addressing any behavioral issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level
- Strong knowledge of subject matter being taught (math, science, social studies, language arts)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Patience and understanding when working with young children
- Organizational skills to manage grading assignments/tests and maintaining classroom materials
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
