Floral Designer


We are in need of a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Lahore. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your main duty will be to arrange flowers in an artistic and aesthetically pleasing manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and visually appealing flower arrangements based on client's requests and event themes
- Select the appropriate flowers, greenery, and other decorative items for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in a harmonious and balanced way, taking into consideration color schemes, textures, and heights
- Ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time and in good condition
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and cared for
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and offer new designs to clients

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Creativity and artistic skills with an eye for color combinations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand client's needs
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical dexterity for handling delicate flowers
- Knowledge of basic floral arranging techniques
- Good time-management skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore without accommodation.
