Temporary Executive Chef - Lahore, Pakistan
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations at our establishment, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, kitchen management, and staff training.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menu plans that align with our establishment's concept and budget
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure that dishes are consistently prepared to high quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and incorporate new techniques or dishes into menu offerings as appropriate
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Experience creating menus that appeal to diverse tastes and dietary restrictions
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
