Part-Time Restaurant Manager in Lahore, Pakistan

We are hiring a part-time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and food. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff and ensuring efficient use of resources
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Create schedules for employees based on business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety guidelines
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team on budget planning, cost control, and sales projections
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record in managing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
