Barista

A renowned coffee shop in Lahore is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working as a Barista and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure all products are prepared according to company standards
- Restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Barista in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in the country without sponsorship

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have excellent multitasking skills
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
