We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and managing the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative and high-quality menus that align with the restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all food preparation and cooking processes to ensure dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs by sourcing ingredients from local suppliers while maintaining quality
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they meet the required standards of food preparation techniques and presentation
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events or special menus
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in developing unique dishes while also following traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with other departments
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
