Contract Construction Manager - Lahore, Pakistan


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Lahore on a contract basis. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within budget and on schedule. This role also requires managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction.
- Review and approve subcontractor payments.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction laws, building codes, and regulations in Pakistan.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
