Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders about project updates
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
