We are searching for a dependable and organized Part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and includes a salary of 1500$.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are properly attended to
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and other paperwork
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Performing other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles is a plus
