Entry Level Sales Manager - Lahore, Pakistan (Contract Position)


We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Sales Manager in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting our products and services. As an entry level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations to promote our products and services to potential clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to develop new strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Available to work on a contract basis
