Sales Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, and it is open to all genders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build relationships with new clients and maintain existing client accounts
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the senior management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of market dynamics in Lahore, Pakistan
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Urdu would be an added advantage
