Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Lahore. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine exact locations and measurements of land, as well as preparing maps and reports for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on various types of land, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and digital levels to accurately measure distances and angles
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations
- Create detailed maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure accurate placement of structures on land
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on construction sites
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and maintain proper documentation
- Stay updated on new technology and methods in the field of land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for map creation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical condition and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore. The candidate must be willing to work without accommodation.

Note:
Preference will be given to candidates who are nationals of Pakistan or have work authorization in Pakistan.
