Babysitter for Full Time Position in Lahore, Pakistan



We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy babysitter to join our family in Lahore, Pakistan. As a full time babysitter, you will be responsible for providing care and supervision for our children while we are at work. Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for our children
- Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play
- Supervise homework and assist with educational tasks
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily activities, concerns, or special instructions
- Follow family rules and routines regarding screen time, behavior management, etc.
- Keep the house tidy by cleaning up after the children's activities

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport for easy travel within Pakistan with the family
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of child development stages and needs
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability when dealing with different personalities
- Previous experience working with children (formal or informal)
- Must be able to provide references from previous employers or families

Salary:
We understand that this is an entry-level position without previous experience. Therefore, we are offering a starting salary of 1300$ per month. However, if you have relevant experience or additional skills such as first aid/CPR certification or teaching/tutoring abilities, we are open to negotiating a higher salary.
