Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in masonry work and must be able to lead and guide a team effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons
- Allocate tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and on time
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements
- Order materials and maintain inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in masonry work
- Proven experience in supervising teams
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Knowledge of different types of materials used in masonry work
- Physical strength and stamina for manual labor
