Entry-Level Baker

Our bakery in Lahore is in search of an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry-Level Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for baking and be willing to learn new techniques and recipes. Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment would be beneficial but is not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has good time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with coursework in culinary arts)
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lahore (Pakistani nationals preferred)
