Entry Level Baker

As an Entry Level Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of a variety of delicious baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. This position does not require any previous experience, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career as a baker.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients for doughs and batters
- Roll out dough, cut shapes, and decorate baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked to perfection
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient production

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills

- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
