Administrator (Lahore, Pakistan)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and appointments for employees
- Organize meetings and events including booking venues and arranging catering
- Maintain accurate records of company documents and files
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with visa sponsorship for international employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship procedures is a plus
- Must be able to work on a contract basis with visa sponsorship provided by the company.
