Office Administrator
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities, including record-keeping, correspondence, and scheduling
- Answer incoming calls and emails, direct inquiries to the appropriate person, and take messages when necessary
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
Location:
