Loader Operator



We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Loader Operator in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles. This is an entry-level position perfect for freshers looking to start their career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, and forklifts to load and unload materials
- Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with truck drivers and other team members to ensure efficient loading and unloading process
- Assist with general labor duties when not operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience operating heavy machinery preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding job that may require lifting up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
