Sales Representative - Lahore, Pakistan
A fast-growing company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our products and services to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our products and services as solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on performance regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new markets and increasing brand awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Salary: 1600$ per month (commission-based)
Contract duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
