Part Time Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a part-time position, with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff
- Keep track of invoices, payments, and financial records
- Assist with creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with vendors for office services such as cleaning or repairs
- Support HR tasks such as new employee onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Ensure all office policies and procedures are followed by staff

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
- Must be able to work without accommodation
