Part-time Office Manager in Lahore, Pakistan
We are a growing company looking for a reliable and organized part-time Office Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Keep track of employee attendance and time off requests
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. The schedule will be flexible but must be during regular business hours (9am - 5pm).
Salary:
The salary for this role is $1600 per month.
