We are searching for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager at our luxurious hotel in Lahore. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through hotel room bookings, events, and other sales initiatives. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other means
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and smooth event execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
