Seasonal Concierge in Lahore, Pakistan


We are hiring a Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
- Handle incoming calls and emails from guests requesting assistance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer service role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
