Concierge - Hospitality Assistant (Lahore, Pakistan)
As a Concierge - Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our hotel in Lahore, Pakistan. You will greet and check-in guests, provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and handle any guest inquiries or requests. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Handle reservations for guests as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to work without prior experience; training will be provided
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds of luggage if necessary
