IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team in Khanpur. This position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our company's information technology systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support company goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, networks, and systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption
- Manage IT budget and track expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
