Job Title: IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining our computer systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Your duties will include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, creating technical documentation, and providing training to end-users.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Salary:
