Senior Level Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team in Khanpur. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software solutions and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality control throughout the development process
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Proven experience in leading software development projects from concept to deployment
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1300$

Location: Khanpur, Pakistan (open to candidates of any nationality)
